We share with you our success - Skamol facility in Opole! 🏢🌟 It was something! The General Contractor, Commercecon, gave us the task in the "design-build" system, and we got to work with full steam! 💪🔧

And now a little about Skamol - it is a Danish giant in the production of insulation materials with the highest technological parameters! Their products are used all over the world in various industries! 🌍🛠️

Inside the facility operate autoclave equipment that emitted a considerable amount of heat. But we have something others don't - our innovative solution! In the summer, the recovered heat goes through the ct system and is exhausted to the outside through the air handling unit. And our Climag Gold air handling units? In summer they play as coolers, and in winter they transform into heaters! 🌡️❄️

Our solution allowed to reduce the temperature of process water, which in turn translated into savings of a few hundred thousand zloty per year for the Investor, compared to competitive solutions! 💰🤑

But it's not over yet! We also had close contact with the Investor, who had a specific vision of what he expected from the facility. Innovation is our middle name! 💡🚀

Liquid clay appeared in our installations, and this meant that the pipelines became heavy as if they had gone to the gym! 💪💪 That's why, we built overpasses to keep everything as safe as possible! 🌐

The installation was specially designed so that the clay could not be retained. Otherwise it could have dried up, crystallized and the whole installation would have had to be thrown out! But fortunately, thanks to our know-how, such a situation did not stand a chance! 💡🛡️

Finally, the Investor personally congratulated us on our success at the closing party! 🎉🥂 Because you know what, nothing is impossible for us! 🌟
