Well, I see that Lower Silesia is doing well! AOW, A4, airports... Play it for us - another theme won! 😎

This time we are to build a laboratory along with a storage area for the company #CEJS Under the supervision of the General Contractor #Adamietz. There will be elegance, modernity - everything you need to catch the eye and more! 🏗️

But do you know what will be the best? Two terraces! One for outdoor exercise - keep it that way, health and business together in one! 💪 And the other? This one is just going to be a hit - on the roof, on the 6th floor, with a view of landing planes. I just wonder if work will be interrupted every now and then by these spectacular views! ✈️

This work of architectural art is expected to be handed over in the second quarter of 2025. As for the internal installations, we have it under control. Several GHP systems, a Clima Gold glycol air handling unit.... sounds like a combination of fun and comfort. 🏢 And as for the electrics, P&M Electro is responsible for that - I'm counting on them not to burn anything that shouldn't burn! ⚡ 😂 #PMElectro

And last, but not least - Sonniger heaters and a Brotje 50kW boiler. Because, after all, the office must be warm, and hot water must be available on demand. Well, Lower Silesia is developing, there is no denying it! 🔥🚿
