Oh boy, we've been waiting for this moment for ages! Well, okay, maybe not centuries, but since we were creating the first technical drawing of this construction site on behalf of Cermont. So we sat with a coffee in one hand and a pen in the other, ready for action! ☕✏️

We were supposed to do the installation of water for social purposes. But you know, water is not just water, it's like life itself! We had to run it all over the factory floor, just like in some board game, only without a board, but with a lot of pipes! But think to yourself - these pipes are such veins of this factory, well a real life-giving source! 💧

Then came the installation of water for firefighting purposes. Oh, that was something! Did you know that such pipes for fire are like superheroes? They stood there quietly, patiently waiting for their chance, and when the fire comes, that's when they just start playing the main role! 🦸‍♂️🔥

But water is not the only thing a man lives by, sanitary and stormwater sewers also had to be dealt with. It was an adventure! We had to connect all these pipes so that everything worked like gold. After all, no one wants all that water to collect on the production floor, right? It would be such pool madness! 🚽💦

If you only knew how much excitement accompanied the installation of the gas! You had to be careful, precise, like a surgeon, because, after all, the safety of people was at stake! But in the end it worked, and it was a masterstroke! 🔥⛽

Well, but what would it be construction without some kind of boiler, right? Like a boiler, it's only a DeDietrich 110kW gas boiler because it's a real masterpiece! We had the impression that by installing it, we were becoming wizards who can heat up the whole plant with one wave of the wand! But unfortunately, we had to settle for just a French key. 🔥🔧

And then it was the turn of VRF air conditioning and ventilation. It was as if we were building our own little climate kingdom! With these Midea units and VTS air handling units, we felt like lords of the climate, deciding the fate of the air! Maybe not like Poseidon over the seas, but certainly in control of the temperature! ❄️🌬️

And so, between crazy ideas and practical solutions, we built something wonderful. It was like a journey through a maze, but in the end we managed to come out on top, with a smile on our face and a piece of the story we are telling now with a glass of good wine! 🍷🏗️

Because that's how you build - with passion, ingenuity and a little bit of madness!
